## Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be **unused and unopened**
- The item must be in its **original packaging**
- You must provide a **receipt or proof of purchase**
- The return request must be made within **14 days** of receiving your order
**Note:** Due to the nature of incense products, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
