1. About This Notice and the Store Operator

By accessing the website or purchasing or using a product, you acknowledge this Notice. This Notice supplements our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy. Nothing in this Notice excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer right, statutory guarantee, product-liability right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

2. Product Categories and Intended Use

We sell alcoholic spray perfumes, non-alcoholic perfume oils, bakhoor and other home-fragrance products, prayer beads/tasbih and jewelry or accessories. Each product must be used only for its stated purpose and in accordance with the product label, packaging, instructions and warnings.

Our perfumes and perfume oils are cosmetic fragrance products for external use only. Bakhoor is a home-fragrance product intended to be heated or burned only in a suitable burner. Prayer beads and jewelry are personal accessories and are not toys. Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, no product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition, and no product is a medicine, therapeutic device, food, drink or religiously certified object.

3. Fragrance Products: Safety and Sensitivity

Fragrance ingredients, essential oils, preservatives, dyes, metals and other materials may cause irritation, sensitization or allergic reactions in some individuals. Individual tolerance varies. Read the complete ingredient list and all warnings before use, particularly if you have known allergies, asthma, fragrance sensitivity or a skin condition.

For external use only. Do not ingest.

Avoid contact with eyes, lips, mucous membranes, broken skin and irritated skin.

Before first use, consider testing a small amount on a limited area of skin and waiting to check for an adverse reaction. A patch test does not guarantee that a later reaction will not occur.

Stop use immediately if redness, burning, swelling, breathing difficulty or other irritation occurs. Wash the affected area and seek appropriate medical assistance. For severe symptoms or breathing difficulty, obtain emergency medical help.

Keep out of reach of children and pets. Use by children only if the specific product is intended for them and under responsible adult supervision.

Do not use a product after its expiry date or recommended period after opening, or if its appearance, odor or consistency changes unexpectedly.

If you are pregnant, nursing, under medical care or unsure whether a product is suitable for you, seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before use. This is a precautionary statement and not medical advice.

4. Flammability of Alcoholic Perfume

Alcoholic perfume is flammable. Keep the bottle, liquid and spray away from flames, sparks, burning charcoal, incense burners, cigarettes, heat sources and hot surfaces. Do not spray toward a flame, fire, heat source, face or electrical equipment. Do not smoke while applying the product. Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Follow all transport, storage and disposal instructions on the label.

5. Perfume Oils

Perfume oils are concentrated fragrance products. Apply sparingly and only as directed. Oils may mark or stain fabrics, leather, jewelry, furniture or finished surfaces. Test on an inconspicuous area before contact with clothing or other materials. "Alcohol-free" or similar wording, if used, refers only to the stated formulation and does not mean allergy-free, irritation-free, natural, organic, halal-certified or suitable for every person unless the product page expressly and accurately says so.

6. Bakhoor, Charcoal and Smoke Safety

Burning or heating bakhoor creates heat, smoke and combustion products. Use only in a stable, purpose-made, heat-resistant burner placed on a level, non-flammable surface in a well-ventilated area. Follow the burner, charcoal and bakhoor instructions.

Never leave burning or hot bakhoor or charcoal unattended.

Keep away from children, pets, curtains, paper, furniture, aerosols, perfume, fuels and all flammable materials.

Do not touch or move the burner, ash or charcoal until fully extinguished and completely cool.

Do not inhale smoke directly. Stop use and ventilate the area if smoke causes discomfort, headache, coughing, wheezing or irritation.

Do not burn in a sealed room, vehicle, bedroom while sleeping, or any place where burning products are prohibited or may activate a fire alarm or sprinkler system.

Never ingest bakhoor or apply it to skin. Do not use household grills or improvised containers as burners.

Persons with asthma, respiratory conditions, smoke sensitivity, pregnancy-related concerns, or other health concerns should seek appropriate professional advice before exposure to smoke. Users are responsible for complying with local fire, building, tenancy and smoke-control rules.

7. Prayer Beads, Jewelry and Accessories

Prayer beads, tassels, chains, charms and jewelry may contain small parts and are not toys. They may present choking, strangulation or entanglement hazards. Keep them away from infants, young children and pets, and do not place them in the mouth. Inspect cords, clasps, links and fittings before use and discontinue use if damaged or loose.

Metals, plating, adhesives, stones and finishes may cause skin sensitivity or discoloration in some users. Avoid prolonged contact with water, sweat, perfume, household chemicals and cleaning agents unless the product instructions say otherwise. Natural stones, wood and handmade components may vary in color, pattern, size, weight and finish; reasonable natural variation is not necessarily a defect.

8. Religious and Cultural Context

References to prayer, tasbih, Islamic, Arabic, Moroccan, oud or other cultural or religious terms describe a product’s intended use, inspiration, style or heritage. They do not constitute an endorsement by, affiliation with or certification from any religious authority, government, institution or community unless expressly stated and supported by valid documentation. Customers should use devotional items in accordance with their own beliefs and practices.

9. Product Information, Images and Fragrance Experience

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Screen settings, lighting, photography, packaging updates, handmade production and natural materials may cause reasonable differences in color, texture, grain, pattern or appearance. The product actually supplied, its label, ingredient list, batch information and safety warnings are authoritative for that unit.

Fragrance perception, projection and longevity are subjective and can vary with skin chemistry, application amount, climate, humidity, storage, fabrics and individual sensitivity. Descriptive terms such as "long-lasting", "intense", "luxurious", "warm" or "fresh" describe general sensory or marketing characteristics and are not an unconditional guarantee of an identical result for every user. Any specific objective claim applies only where expressly stated and adequately substantiated.

10. No Medical, Therapeutic or Professional Advice

Website content, scent descriptions, customer reviews, cultural references and product suggestions are provided for general information and product-selection purposes. They are not medical, dermatological, respiratory, psychological, religious, legal or other professional advice. Statements about relaxation, mood, atmosphere, focus, confidence or wellbeing describe subjective consumer experiences and are not claims to treat or alter a medical or psychological condition.

11. Cross-Border Orders, Import Rules, Taxes and Delivery

Products are offered only where we and our carriers can lawfully sell and deliver them. Availability on the website does not guarantee that every product may be imported into every destination. We may refuse or cancel an order where required for product safety, sanctions, carrier restrictions, dangerous-goods rules, customs requirements, suspected fraud or applicable law, and will provide any refund required by law and our policies.

Duties, import taxes, VAT, customs fees and brokerage charges will be handled as stated at checkout or in our Shipping Policy. Customers must provide accurate delivery and customs information and must not order a product whose import or possession is prohibited in their destination. This clause does not transfer to the customer any legal obligation that mandatory law places on us as seller, exporter, importer or responsible economic operator.

12. Returns, Hygiene Seals and Defective Products

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and mandatory law. Where permitted by applicable law, sealed fragrance or personal-use products may be ineligible for change-of-mind return after their health or hygiene seal has been broken. This hygiene exception does not apply merely because a product is unwanted, and it does not remove rights relating to products that are defective, damaged, unsafe, counterfeit, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

Customers in jurisdictions with statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights, including qualifying consumers in the European Union, United Kingdom and Saudi Arabia, retain those rights to the extent applicable. Any contractual return period we offer is additional to, and does not replace, non-excludable statutory remedies.

13. Safe Storage, Misuse and Resale

You must follow the label and use reasonable care. Do not decant, dilute, mix, alter, relabel, refill, heat or transfer a product to an unmarked container. Do not use damaged or leaking packaging. We are not responsible for harm caused solely by unauthorized modification, improper storage, use contrary to clear instructions, or use for an unintended purpose, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Products purchased from unauthorized resellers, or products whose batch codes, seals or labels have been removed or altered, may not be authentic or traceable. This does not affect mandatory rights against the person who sold the product.

14. Safety Complaints and Adverse Events

Please report any suspected product defect, adverse reaction, fire incident, leakage or safety concern promptly to [SAFETY/ CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL]. Include the order number, product name, batch or lot number, photos of the product and packaging, how the product was used, and a description of what occurred. Reporting a concern does not by itself establish that a product is defective or caused the reported event.

15. Website Availability and Third-Party Content

We take reasonable steps to maintain accurate and secure website content but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every non-material typographical or technical error will be corrected immediately. Third-party links and services are provided for convenience; their operators control their own content, availability and practices. Nothing in this clause limits our responsibility for information or functionality for which we are legally responsible.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, or for loss caused solely by misuse, unauthorized alteration, failure to follow clear warnings, or events outside our reasonable control. For business customers only, additional limitations may apply under our Terms of Service.

Nothing in this Notice excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot be excluded; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; willful misconduct or gross negligence where non-excludable; defective-product liability; breach of mandatory statutory guarantees; or any other liability or consumer remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

17. Governing Law and Mandatory Local Rights

Except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, this Notice and any non-contractual dispute arising from it are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. The courts at [CITY/PROVINCE, CHINA] will have jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable right of a consumer to bring or defend proceedings in another competent court.
